Return Instructions

We love our products and believe you will love them too. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please send an email to or open a web chat within 30 days of your purchase. Please provide your name, order number, the shipping zip code and the product you wish to return. Subject to meeting our Return Conditions, our team will reply with a return merchandize authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. We offer discounted return shipping which can be deducted from the refund or store credit provided. We recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance. If a return item is lost or not delivered, we cannot issue a refund.

Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Be sure to note the RMA number on the shipment. Seal the box and affix the label. Drop off your package at any USPS or UPS access point. All returns must ship to:

We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the RMA. Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving the RMA number, otherwise the applicable refund will be forfeited. Returns without a return authorization number will incur a fee of 15% of the order total and less any shipping costs.

Return Conditions

All items purchased directly from may be accepted for a return. If you purchased a CaraGala product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

While we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realize a product isn’t right for your skin, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any items where more than half of the product has been used. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Regimen sets and any gift sets must be returned unopened and as a complete set in one shipment. We are not able to accept partial returns for regimens and gift sets due to the discounted price of the individual products in each set.

If the product is unopened, we offer exchanges for another product of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, any price difference for replacement products and for the cost of shipping the replacement products if the order value is less than $50.

If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

Any items marked as final sale, free gifts or promotional items with a retail value, and shipping costs are non-refundable

Return & Refund Processing

Return processing times are typically 4 to 5 business days from the day we receive the return. Our team will inspect the return and notify you if there are any issues with your returned item(s). If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original form of payment, unless you specifically request store credit.. If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we are only able to issue store credit. After we have processed your refund, the posting date will be subject to your financial institutions settlement policy and timeline. Store credit refunds are available for immediate use.
